La Dalia Coffee started in the late 80's with the entrepreneurial vision of an Argentinian/Nicaraguan couple who saw potential in the coffee business. By selling in the local market, they were able to manage and make the most out of it, but after a decade and with the help of their now grown up children and the new technology online, were able to promote their succulent coffee in the international market.
We bring coffee directly from our farm! Our artisan coffee is carefully harvested and selected to give each cup a differentiated taste.
We care about the fermentation process and how it is perfectly washed and sun-dried so that consistency in taste and quality can be assured. Once our coffee beans arrive in the States, we roast them in micro-roaster with our experts to bring out an astonishing flavor profile that will make you feel the magic in our beans.
Moreover, La Dalia Coffee aims to create an impact in the local community. We want to bring benefits to the working families by creating a nearby school and a health clinic for all those people who have to walk miles to get to see a teacher or a doctor for their children. Our company dreams about getting enough funds to make this a reality and we will work hard to conquer all these project so when you buy coffee you are also helping our community.
Connect with the origin of your coffee. No middle man, get a direct connection with the farmer!
Since I was little, I enjoyed my days at the farm and when I moved to LA, I wanted to share my memories with the rest of the world. So I started bringing coffee from our farm in Nicaragua so people can have a connection with the origins of our coffee and the entire process of selecting the best quality and taste.
Haroldo AltamiranoPioneer and General Manager
When living in Argentina I met my wife and we decided to move to her origin country, Nicaragua. After a lot of learning and many obstacles, we manage to build our farm and now I am so proud to see my son taking our beans to the US and seeing a great acceptance of the variety we have. I can't ask for more!
