You can return items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We can only accept returns on coffee and coffee beans if the item is unopened and still sealed.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
To begin your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and review your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within normal bank processing days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or misplacement by any postal service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
