Return Policy

What is your return policy?

At La Dalia Coffee, our main purpose is to give you the best service, the highest quality, and the best coffee you have taste. We really want you to enjoy our coffee so  we ensure our return policy reflects it.

COFFEE RETURNS

If you dislike the coffee we’ve sent you, no worries at all. You can return it within 2 weeks from the day it arrives to your house. If the bag we sent you does not meet your expectations then send it back in its original packaging and we’ll send you any other bag of your preference. Please email us at   sales@ladaliacoffee.com  and   provide us your name, order number (if you have it), which items, how many units you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.

If for any reason you do not wish to receive another coffee, we will refund your initial purchase, less the cost of shipping.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

If you need to make any modification to your order or cancel it, please send us an email at  sales@ladaliacoffee.com. Please provide us your name, order number (if you have it), which items, how many units you are returning, and the reason for the changes. Orders with any modification will be completely canceled and refunded, and a new order will be placed to resolve the issue.

In the event of processing mistake or defective product, we will correct any errors and revise your order accordingly. Once our team has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.
